Overview
We strive to make sure the author signed book you purchase will arrive in pristine condition, but sometimes fate and the shipping gods have other things planned. If a book arrives damaged, it can be returned within 7 days for a refund or replacement.
To return a book damaged in shipping, please follow this procedure:
- Take a photo of the book showing the damage.
- Take a photo of the packaging showing damage.
- Call us at (480) 298-3412 for return instructions.
- At this time we will ask if you wish to receive a refund or replacement.
If the damage was sustained during shipping, you will NOT be responsible for return shipping.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At that time, we will either issue your refund or ship your replacement, whichever you spcifie
